Use technology to stay connected- Facetime when you’re away, text with your childcare provider for updates on your child’s day, etc. Ban technology during family time- phones down and video games away! Find the work/family life balance that works for your family. Don’t compare your situation to anyone else’s. Develop a trusted support network- family, friends, teachers and childcare.
